Kevin joined Blythe Liggins in 1994 after graduating from the University of Wales, Aberystwyth, and became one of the firm’s Partners in 1999. Since then, he has used his expertise and knowledge of the issues faced by our clients to provide clear, strategic and cost-effective advice to help them achieve the best possible results.
