A poor cosmetic surgery procedure can leave you feeling both emotional and physical pain. The road to recovery can be long, so you need a legal team who are there to support you every step of the way.

The solicitors in our Personal Injury and Medical Negligence Department have considerable experience in making cosmetic surgery claims on behalf of clients who have suffered at the hands of a professional. Whether you’ve had problems with a breast procedure, laser eye surgery, liposuction or dermal fillers, speak to our team for advice on whether you have a claim.

We believe that your financial position should not prevent you from receiving compensation, so if you have suffered cosmetic surgery negligence and you need support making a claim, we offer initial advice at no cost. If we feel that your claim is likely to be successful, we offer a ‘No Win, No Fee’ agreement so that a lack of funds will never prevent you from making a claim.

Our solicitors are on hand to advise you on a variety of issues relating to cosmetic surgery claims, including:
  • Treatment with a poor outcome, such as scarring or physical deformity
  • Not being given an adequate explanation about the risks of the surgery or other procedure
  • Burns or cuts from defective equipment
  • Cosmetic dentistry with a poor outcome
  • Lack of proper aftercare
